At Safar by Guneet, every piece is thoughtfully curated and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure you receive the best.

All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products once the order has been placed and confirmed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at safarbyguneet@gmail.com

To process your request, kindly provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

If your claim is approved, we will offer a suitable resolution (such as replacement or store credit), at our discretion.

Sizing Disclaimer

Please refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure, we recommend sizing up.

We are not responsible for size-related issues as all products are made according to standard measurements.

Order Cancellation
